Arbeit is a contact solution provider to debt collection agencies, call centers, and small businesses. Arbeit's mission is to inspire businesses through our actions to value people as much as profits, while empowering collection agencies, businesses, and other organizations to communicate efficiently and effectively with their customers and consumers. We do this by providing autodialer technology, TCPA compliance solutions, VOIP business phone systems and number labeling solutions.
We are a 100% remote company, with roots in Buffalo, NY, United States, and Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Revenue Team.  As an AE, you will use strong consultative selling skills to move SQLs through the sales process with Arbeit. You will be responsible for moving prospects from the discovery call to a signed contract. Your pipeline will be filled by marketing inbound leads, referrals, and self-sourced leads.
 You'll work with Arbeit's top talent, all focused on helping the team fulfill the basic promise of Arbeit to its team members: support our team members to work to live the lives they want to live and inspire other businesses to do the same.
 
Responsibilities
  • Self-source leads as needed
  • Conduct discovery calls to determine problems that the prospect is facing, present solutions to those problems with our products and establish SQLs
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Conduct software Demos for prospects
  • Work with the prospect and Arbeit team to ensure smooth trial and onboarding process
  • Negotiate contract terms with prospects
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Develop a true understanding of the ever-changing debt collection industry
  • Attend multiple trade shows per year, as well as meet with clients and prospects.
  • Occasional overnight travel to attend trade shows
  • Be comfortable selling technology of all sorts
  • Make sure we are signing up the right clients, with low churn.
 
 
Requirement
  • Must have 2-3 years successful account executive experience.
  • Excellent phone, documenting, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Ability to learn from mistakes
  • As an AE you face a lot of rejection, must have the ability to overcome this and maintain a positive attitude 
  • Naturally curious and passionate
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Are Top Producers in their current role
  • Experience reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas
  • Familiar with Zoho/Google Suite/Slack a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Receive feedback openly and deliver feedback to your team in ways that are actionable 
  • Great technological competency
  • Open and receptive to coaching and direction

Pay range for this position is $50k/yr - $60k/yr base + commission.
