Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator, provides support to the marketing team to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs with a focus on content creation and management. This role will oversee social media management platform HootSuite, engage customers via social comments/DMs and compile social media analytic reports. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, content, etc.).
  • Monitor all social channels via HootSuite 
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging digital tools.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns are optimized for search engines and follow brand guidelines.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt strategies.

Targeting Salary range: $ 45,000-55,000 

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing role 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
