Seeking an Electrical Engineering candidate to join our electrical engineering team. We are looking to add a range of senior and associate level engineers.
Responsibilities:
Working under the leadership of our senior engineers, this position will be responsible for assistance in all phases of plumbing & fire protection engineering design and construction administration services including:
- Drafting of electrical systems using AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Production of construction documents including plans, details, specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Lighting and power layouts and calculations.
- Research and application of Codes and standards.
- Selection of equipment and design of complete electrical lighting, power, and low voltage systems.
- Coordination with other engineering disciplines and architectural trades.
- Participation in design discussions and meetings.
- Documentation and analysis of existing building systems.
- Review of contractor RFI's, equipment submittals and on-site construction inspection visits.
Pay: $85,000 - $120,000.00 per year
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant electrical design experience
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- EIT and LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in commercial, educational, healthcare, housing, and municipal projects is preferred.
